Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably an Engineer) with an experience of over 25 years in Operations in an Engineering Company and should have worked in similar position for at least last 5 years.

Job Description:
- Purpose of the position:
- Responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies improving efficiency reducing costs and enhancing overall business performance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the organizations overall mission and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the plants ensuring efficiencies productivity and quality.
- Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets monitor financial performance and optimize resource utilization.
- Implement process improvements leveraging technology and data analytics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors suppliers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies
