Job Description
Work setup: Hybrid setup (24x RTO/month) in MOA Pasay Philippines
Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related fields is preferred. An equivalent combination of experience education and training will be considered
- 3 years of IT experience developing and implementing Airtable projects or similar tools
- Proven experience as an Airtable engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of Airtable features including views forms and formulas deep understanding comfortable using all field types automation and integrations
- Experience with project management tools and collaborative software
- Ability to translate business needs into effective Airtable solutions
- Experience working for a Financial Service firm is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and customize Airtable bases tailored to our specific needs
- Create automated workflows using Airtables automation features and integrations
- Develop dashboards and reports using interfaces to provide insights
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new features
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Airtable configurations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure Airtable solutions align with overall business goals
- Any related processes required by the client
- Quality & Information Security Management
- Adhere to and implement the companys quality and information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly
- Protect clientsupplied and generated client information from unauthorized access disclosure modification destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses)
- Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular processes or activity related to information security
- Report any potential or committed nonconformity observation and/or security event or risks to the immediate superior
- Assist the Internal Audit Team during internal audits of assigned projects
