Job Description
1) Drive New and Existing Product Developments for specific brands. This involves aliasing with suppliers internal stakeholders to meet project timelines.
2) Cataloguing packaging related stock items and build processes for quick references.
3) Supplier Capability mapping for Packaging and Contract Manufacturing
4) Actively engage in new supplier integration. This involves working on contracts licenses SKU mapping coordination for artwork cost sheet management etc
5) Map forecast vs capacity for various packaging materials periodically
6) Analyse develop and Monitor SOB SKU wise and guide cross functional teams for adherence.
7) Monthly cost sheet reconciliation and indexation for contract manufactures
8) Demand vs Supply analytics for products made in contract manufacturers
9) RM and PM price trend analytics and support on forecasting
10) Support process improvement projects with the help of IT teams.
Candidate Prerequisites :
1) Experience in procurement and packaging domain is preferred
2) Should have an analytical mindset
3) Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to get tasks done.
4) An Eye for detail in working with data and keeness for problem solving and process improvement.
