Global Trade Management/Oracle Transportation Management
OTM GTM Techno funcitonal consultant
- Enhancements with in OTM/GTM support on new releases from Oracle upgrades
- Consultants will work directly under the supervision of Henry Schein Service Manager who will assign tasks incidents enhancements and review outputs and performance.
- will develop a change pipeline jointly based on the anticipated incident and support work volumes and review the backlog health on a weekly basis.
- The Consultants will be on call outside of the service window.
- Support of bug fixes and issues reported
