Job Description
What youll do
- Create memorable guest experiences for our guests that will leave them wanting to return for more.
- Lead and inspire the Front Office team by leading by example creating an environment where they can be themselves feel supported and empowered.
- Get actively involved in the teams development to realise their full potential so we grow together as a TRIBE community.
- Work closely with other teams (Housekeeping Maintenance and F&B) towards the overall goal of creating a memorable experience in a beautiful space.
- Take ownership of all departmental costs and ensure that all expenses are kept in line with budget guidelines
Qualifications :
What we are looking for
- Someone who knows how to provide a great and memorable guest experience whether its for someone staying with us or just stepping in for a drink or a bite to eat.
- Previous experience in hospitality in a Front Office Manager role is an advantage but not a must or someone who is ready to step into a leadership role.
- Youve got plenty of experience dealing with different types of requests successfully.
- Experience with using Opera Cloud or a similar property management system.
- You are a natural at leading and managing a team someone who creates a tightknit community thanks to a handson management style and enthusiasm.
- You are a born optimist who always put our guests colleagues and communities first.
- You are your authentic self.
- You are a courageous Entrepreneur and can turn your hands to anything and are not frightened to explore and experiment.
