Job Description
The Real Estate/Construction Manager is responsible for the successful execution and oversight of real estate development and construction projects ensuring quality standards adherence to project timelines budget control and regulatory compliance. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate transactions construction management and supervision preferably with a background working alongside leading developers in Pakistan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage property buying selling and negotiation processes to ensure profitable outcomes.
- Evaluate and analyze property values market trends and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and review contracts agreements and other necessary documentation.
- Develop and manage project plans budgets timelines and resources for new developments.
- Coordinate with architects contractors and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays risks or issues promptly.
- Oversee all aspects of construction to ensure adherence to design quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction quality resolve onsite issues and ensure timelines are met.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders including developers contractors investors and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and present progress reports updates and project assessments for stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets control costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Review and approve project expenditures invoices and procurement requests in line with the budget.
- Ensure projects comply with local and national building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements.
- Obtain necessary permits licenses and approvals from relevant authorities.
Skills required:
- Strong knowledge of construction practices project management software and real estate regulations.
- Ability to evaluate property values investment opportunities and construction quality.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a focus on accuracy quality and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 57 years in real estate buying selling construction and supervision. Prior experience working with prominent developers in Pakistan is essential
- Experience with largescale real estate developments in both commercial and residential sectors.
- Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices in construction.
