Job Description
We are partnering with a prominent organization in the insurance sector to recruit an experienced Business Analyst. This position involves working with existing processes proposing improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient operations in a hybrid working environment. The role requires someone who is proactive organized and able to detect data quality improvements while educating other team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis & Improvement:
- Provide an overview and analysis of issues related to Sigedis including followup and proposals for improvement.
- Review documentation related to Sigedis and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Contribute to the identification of data quality issues and propose solutions.
- Operational Support & Team Collaboration:
- Be part of the operational team working with existing processes to propose improvements.
- Assist in structuring and documenting processes and procedures.
- Educate and support other team members.
- Work with the implementation team to streamline and define new processes.
- Testing & Documentation:
- Conduct testing of Sigedis processes write test cases and provide evidence for adjustments.
- Participate in meetings related to ECF test cases and propose improvements where necessary.
- Stakeholder Interaction:
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of processes.

- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Sigedis (added value).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and improve processes.
- Knowledge of data quality improvement techniques.
- Soft Skills:
- Proactive personality with the ability to take the lead and initiate improvements.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Languages:
- French: Professional working proficiency.
- English: Nice to have.
- Dutch: Professional working proficiency (Nice to have).
Additional Details
- Duration: 7 months with the possibility of extension.
- OnSite Requirement: Initially more frequent visits to the office (1x every two weeks after the first few weeks).
- Confidentiality: Discretion required due to the sensitive nature of the work.
