Job Description
Join our team and youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities.
Working in the Sales department you will strengthen our sales team in Brussels.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the designated area.
- Continuously supporting customers and providing quality advice to support the companys growth objectives.
- Guiding the entire sales process from identifying leads to closing deals.
- Utilizing the companys CRM system.
- Following up with customers collaborating with internal teams.
Qualifications :
- Autonomous and Team Player.
- Experience in solution selling.
- Understanding and active listening.
- Fluent in Dutch. French and English are assets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in similar sectors.
