Were seeking a Corporate Associate to join one of our clients corporate practices in San Francisco. This position provides a unique opportunity to work with one of the fastestgrowing offices in the Bay Area supporting mergers and acquisitions securities venture capital and private equity practices. Its perfect for entrepreneurial businessminded attorneys eager to make a significant impact and contribute to a thriving practice.
What Youll Do
- Support Key Transactions: Work on mergers and acquisitions securities venture capital and private equity matters.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with colleagues and clients to deliver innovative solutions and outstanding results.
- Grow the Practice: Help strengthen the firms presence and reputation in the Bay Area.
- Balance Office Work: Engage in a hybrid work environment spending 60% of your time in the San Francisco office to foster collaboration and growth.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 2 years of transactional experience particularly in M&A securities venture capital or private equity.
- Education: JD or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school.
- Licensure: Admitted to or eligible for admission in California.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Mindset: Professional collaborative and deadlineoriented with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Your Skillset
- M&A Expertise: Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions.
- Private Equity Proficiency: Background in private equity transactions is preferred.
- Venture Capital Acumen: Handson familiarity with venture capital deals.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
