This firm is seeking a Patent Attorney Patent Agent or Technical Specialist with a strong technical background in wireless communications (e.g. 5G technology). The ideal candidate will support our intellectual property team in drafting and prosecuting patent applications conducting patent searches and providing strategic advice for clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on cuttingedge technologies and be part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to USPTO Office Actions
- Drafting topnotch U.S. patent applications for major technology companies
- Conducting prior art reexaminations freedomtooperate due diligence patentability litigation support and patent searches
What the Law Firm is Looking For:
- A degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Physics or a related field
- Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO
- At least 3 years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in 5G Wireless Communications
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding writing and verbal skills
- Ability to be self driven and independent
- Superb communication skills
