Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for sales.
Present insurance products and services to prospective clients clearly and concisely explaining their features and benefits.
Handle customer objections effectively and address their concerns.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including calls appointments and customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends competitive offerings and product updates.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including sales ethics and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or higher preferred.
1 years of experience in sales customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the insurance industry.
Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
Experience with sales automation tools.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
