Position: Business Development Head Architect
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Contract Details: Fulltime Permanent
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Head Architect to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As the Business Development Head you will be responsible for driving growth and development of our business through strategic planning networking and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and relationship building.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and government agencies.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Lead the proposal development process including identifying potential clients developing proposals and presenting to clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the companys services and capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows.
- Collaborate with other departments including marketing and finance to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
