Job Description
Collections Manager Philippines
Location: Bonifacio Global City Philippines (Hybrid: 3 days inoffice 2 days remote)
Role Overview:
As Collections Manager youll lead the setup and management of our Philippines collections operations collaborating closely with leadership to build a highperforming team and achieve key targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the collections department.
- Hire train and mentor collections staff.
- Develop and enforce collections SOPs ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Implement and execute collections strategies to meet monthly KPIs.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 5 years in managerial collections roles (finance lending or banking).
- Proven experience managing desk field and agency teams.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Strong English communication skills.
