Responsibilities:
The Scope of Work for the Program Manager includes the following:
- Program management for the integration of IFIS in Cloud Project.
- Communication to Executive Sponsor Executive Project Sponsor Steering Committee IFIS Governance Committee (IGC) and project stakeholders.
- Leadership and oversight of the overall project strategy development and planning.
- Management of the overall integrated project cost risk schedule governance technical performance and program impact for IFIS in Cloud.
- Management of project interdependencies among IFIS OCI Infrastructure ITS Infrastructure BIA in OAC TPE in Fusion OIG and other system/application integration activities related to IFIS in Cloud Project and report on exposures resulting from interproject dependencies. and nbsp;
- Identification and documentation of requirements for the purpose of completing an integrated detailed project schedule for IFIS in Cloud Project on program level.
- Participation in the creation of project artefacts required by the OPS Unified Project Management methodology. These artefacts include but are not limited to:
- Integrated project plan
- Program Level Project charter
- Regular program status reports
- Program Risk logs and risk mitigation strategies
- Program Issue logs and issue resolutions
- Change requests and decisions relating to resolution of the requests.
- Contingency strategies and plans
- Management of the completion of program deliverables to approved project budgets and schedules.
- Development of plans to manage activities and ensure required controls are in place to complete the program deliverables within financial targets. and nbsp;
- Proactive identification of potential risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed. Prioritization of risks and issues along with mitigation strategies. Presentation of issues risks and mitigation strategies to senior project decision makers.
- Participation in steering committee and stakeholder forums providing regular program status reports as required by the OPS Unified Project Management methodology.
- Definition of appropriate strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on forces in support of change during all stages of project concept design and implementation.
- Adherence to OPS I and amp;IT standards and best practices for project management to facilitate control of system quality standard methodology and the control of the use of I and amp;IT resources.
- Management of the development and implementation of communication strategy for the project.
- Management of the implementation of Managed Services with ITS and thirdparty vendor(s).
- Provide program management leadership and expertise of large scale highly complex high profile and highrisk initiatives that may be multijurisdictional and/or enterprise wide.
- Ensure accountability for the programs centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery.
- Ensure programs are delivered cost effectively and efficiently and in compliance with organizations methodologies standards and frameworks.
Skills
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
General Skills: (70%)
Demonstrated experience leading and overseeing program strategy development from inception through to project closeout and any required transition to operations business planning benefits identification and organization funding requests for I and amp;IT programs.
Demonstrated experience understanding and articulating I and amp;IT executive expectations and translating into program deliverables.
Experience directing managing and leading multidisciplinary project teams including multiple Project Managers each responsible for an element of the project and associated matrix team members.
Experience monitoring and managing the cost risk schedule governance technical performance and program impact of each of the component projects.
Experience providing a program/portfolio view of project interdependencies and external project dependencies monitoring and reporting on exposure levels.
Exercises a range of leadership responsibilities including the role of coach and developer of talent.
Experience developing complex budgets based on multiple funding channels and cross organization dependencies.
Experience analyzing program and organizations environments to identify potential risks and issues; articulates and prioritizes issues and risks to senior executives; recommends mitigation strategies to decisionmakers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Uses significant innovation in the planning analysis and execution of tasks.
Experience directing stakeholder consultation facilitation and consensus building. Provides program portfolio and/or project reporting to multiple stakeholders.
Experience leading strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on forces in support of change.
Experience seeking new and unique business processes technologies and products to benefit programs portfolios and projects.
Experience supervising the development and communication of program related updates including through media relations social media etc.
Experience building positive relationships within the team and external parties.
Experience contributing to improvements in life cycle based on lessons learned and past experience.
Adheres to organizations standards and best practices for program.
Experience scheduling and organizing meetings/events and maintaining agenda.
Ensures technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing presentations etc.).
