What You ll Do:
- Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels chat (live channel) email and phone (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner) both in Spanish and English;
- Provide pre and postsales support for all selfserviceproducts;
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience;
- Dentify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
What You Need:
- Fluency in Spanish;
- Proficient English communication skills;
- Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving abilities;
- Ability to multitask effectively;
- Teamoriented with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced energetic environment;
What we offer:
- Full salary package of 1366 /month;
- Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 00:00.
