Job Description
1.Financial Reporting & Analysis
oPrepare accurate and timely financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
oAnalyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decisionmaking.
oMonitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
oManage daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations.
oEnsure proper maintenance of financial records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
oOversee the monthend and yearend closing processes.
oAssist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
oMonitor budget implementation and provide variance analysis.
oCollaborate with other departments to gather data for accurate forecasting and planning.
oDevelop implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the companys financial assets.
oEnsure compliance with local tax laws accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
oManage external audits and ensure timely completion of audit procedures.
oSupervise and mentor the accounting team ensuring proper delegation of tasks and effective performance management.
oFoster a culture of continuous improvement providing training and development opportunities for team members.
oEnsure timely and accurate filing of tax returns
oOversee payroll processing ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
oProvide guidance on tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
oMonitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational and investment needs.
oLiaise with banks and financial institutions for banking operations and cash management.
oCollaborate with senior management external auditors tax advisors and other stakeholders.
oProvide financial reports and analysis to support key business decisions.
