Job Description
- Manage monthly quarterly and annual closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Participate in audits and tax return preparation
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 3 years of experience in accounting preferably in a senior role
- CPA certification preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (large ERP experience preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
