Job Description
Title: Lead Software Engineer Java and Perl
Location: Bangalore Chennai Panchkula Mohali Pune Mumbai
Duration: Full Time
Working Hours: Night Shift (Day 1 Onsite)

JD:
- 7 years of Java development within an enterpriselevel domain
- 3 years of experience writing Perl scripts
- 3 years of experience leading teams
- Experience with asynchronous programming multithreading implementing APIs and Microservices including Spring Boot
- Experience leading teams both as a project lead and a people lead
- Quality assurance of software via modern engineering practices
- Previous experience mentoring and managing more junior team members delegating tasks code reviews performance management and career mapping
- Prior experience interviewing and assisting in the hiring process strongly desired
- Proficiency with SQL
- Experience with data sourcing data modeling and data enrichment
- Experience with Systems Design & CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud computing preferably AWS
- Solid verbal and written communication and consultant/clientfacing skills are a must. As a true consultant you are a selfstarter who takes initiative.
