Position: Recruitment Specialist
Location: Mumbai (Onsite Fulltime)
Compensation: Up to 7.5 LPA
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at GM Infotech based in Mumbai. This is a fulltime onsite role where the Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial part in our talent acquisition efforts. The role involves managing the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding to ensure that the company attracts and hires top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring & Recruiting: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing offers.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on the role requirements and cultural fit.
- Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand job requirements and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Training & Onboarding: Assist in designing and delivering training programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the company.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Strong skills in hiring recruiting and training practices.
- Proficiency in interviewing and effective communication techniques.
- Proven experience in recruitment processes and developing talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse teams and candidates.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices and regulatory compliance.
- A Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field is required for this position.
