Job Description
As a Software Configuration Engineer you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead.
You will also assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.
Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Configuration Lead and other team members to ensure successful implementation of the configuration management plan.
You will also contribute to the design and customization of software configurations to align with business needs and requirements.
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in the design and customization of software configurations to meet business process design and application requirements.
Collaborate with the Configuration Lead and other team members to ensure successful implementation of the configuration management plan.
Participate in team discussions to provide insights and suggestions for improving software configuration and customization.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software configuration management.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving configurationrelated issues and challenges.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.
Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices.
Experience in designing and customizing software configurations to meet business needs and requirements.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving configurationrelated issues.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management module.
Experience with ServiceNow Scripting and Workflow Development.
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
