Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients accurately defining and resolving issues and ensuring worldclass system performance. Manage service desk operations ensuring worldclass system performance and exceptional communication with clients. Interpret and design resolutions for client issues utilizing exceptional communication skills and deep product knowledge. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality and timely issue resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Service Desk Voice Support Service Desk Management Strong understanding of IT operations and service desk management. Experience with incident management and problem management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
