Requirements
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 4 10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ABAP development handson experience with S/4HANA implementation and the ability to mentor and manage junior team members. The candidate should be capable of independently designing and developing SAP objects across multiple WRICEF components.
Key Responsibilities:
ABAP Development:
- Design develop and implement highquality SAP ABAP solutions adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in at least three out of six WRICEF components:
- Reports
- Interfaces
- Conversions
- Enhancements
- Forms
- Workflows
- Reports
- Create efficient and scalable custom SAP solutions based on business requirements.
- Design develop and implement highquality SAP ABAP solutions adhering to best practices and coding standards.
S/4HANA Implementation:
- Participate in endtoend S/4HANA implementation projects leveraging advanced ABAP techniques.
- Enhance and optimize SAP programs for compatibility and performance in an S/4HANA environment.

Technical Documentation:
- Prepare technical specifications including designs solutions and workflows for custom developments.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation for developed objects to support maintenance and scalability.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with functional consultants business stakeholders and project teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Guide and mentor junior team members providing technical direction and ensuring quality deliverables.

System Integration and Testing:
- Develop interfaces for integration with thirdparty systems using ABAP proxies RFC and IDOCs.
- Conduct unit testing support system integration testing and assist in resolving defects.

Performance Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize existing ABAP code for performance improvements.
- Implement efficient database queries and ensure compliance with SAP standards.

Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4 years of SAP ABAP development experience including handson involvement in S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Proven ability to design and develop SAP technical objects independently.

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in ABAP programming including objectoriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least three WRICEF components.
- Knowledge of debugging troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques such as BAdIs user exits and enhancement spots.
- Expertise in ABAP programming including objectoriented programming.
Functional Knowledge:
- Understanding of SAP modules like SD MM FI or HR is a plus.
- Handson experience with CDS views OData and Fiori integration is preferred.
