Job Description:
- As an Application Lead you will be responsible for designing building and configuring applications using Job Control Language (JCL).
- Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver highquality applications acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the effort to design build and configure applications using Job Control Language (JCL).
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders ensuring timely delivery of highquality applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Job Control Language (JCL).
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience with COBOL.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with application design build and configuration.
- Solid grasp of software integration and testing.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Job Control Language (JCL).
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
