Job Description
Job Title: Java Web Application Architect (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect endtoend solutions for Javabased web applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Define and enforce best practices in coding design patterns and architectural standards.
- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy systems to new architectures.
- Optimize application performance scalability and security.
- Oversee the integration of web applications with APIs databases and thirdparty services.
- Guide and mentor development teams ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in designing and developing Javabased web applications.
- Strong expertise in Java Spring Framework (Spring Boot Spring MVC) and Hibernate.
- Experience with frontend technologies like Angular React or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.
- Indepth knowledge of database technologies (SQL NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of application security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
