Responsibilities:
Academic Coordinators will oversee and coordinate the
academic programs for their respective levels ((for A Level and IGCSE ). Key
responsibilities include curriculum development teacher support assessment
coordination and ensuring alignment with the A Level and IGCSE framework and other
relevant educational standards. Academic Coordinators will collaborate with teachers
department heads and school leaders to enhance the quality of education and foster a
dynamic learning environment.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Education or a related field.
Extensive teaching experience within the specified academic level.
Proven experience in a coordination or leadership role.
Indepth knowledge of the curriculum (Middle school) or relevant curriculum (for
A Level and IGCSE coordinators).
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to support and mentor educators effectively.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Collaborative mindset to work with diverse stakeholders.
