Job Description: Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Position Title: Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Hyderabad

Overview:

The Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for a JRC Projects is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and sales across multiple residential projects. This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing including digital marketing branding public relations advertising and customer insights. The Group CMO works closely with the sales and project teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives ensuring the successful launch and promotion of residential developments currently in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the companys residential real estate portfolio aligning with the organizations growth and sales goals.
  • Create integrated marketing plans that encompass brand positioning digital marketing lead generation PR advertising and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the launch of new residential projects ensuring marketing campaigns are in place to maximize visibility lead generation and sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure the companys marketing strategies remain competitive and innovative.

2. Brand Development & Management:

  • Lead the development and positioning of the companys brand to ensure strong market presence and differentiation in the residential real estate market.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials channels and platforms.
  • Build and enhance the companys reputation through strategic brandbuilding initiatives ensuring brand integrity and quality.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral including brochures digital content and presentations.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Drive digital marketing strategies including search engine optimization (SEO) social media marketing payperclick (PPC) campaigns and email marketing to generate highquality leads.
  • Oversee website management and online lead generation platforms to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance the lead nurturing process.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).

4. Sales & Marketing Alignment:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and projectspecific goals.
  • Work with the sales team to understand customer needs pain points and market demand to refine marketing messages and campaigns.
  • Develop marketing tools and sales support materials to assist the sales team in engaging prospective buyers.
  • Monitor marketingqualified leads (MQLs) and work with sales to improve the lead conversion process.

5. Customer Insights & Market Research:

  • Conduct regular market research to understand customer demographics preferences and buying behavior.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve the customer experience.
  • Utilize market insights to make datadriven decisions regarding project marketing pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Oversee customer segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific buyer profiles effectively.

6. Public Relations & Communications:

  • Lead public relations efforts including media relations press releases and event management to enhance the companys image and visibility.
  • Oversee internal and external communication strategies to promote key messages and company values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets influencers and industry leaders to drive positive coverage for the company and its projects.
  • Manage crisis communication strategies when necessary to protect the companys reputation.

7. Budgeting & Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources for various marketing campaigns.
  • Track marketing expenditures and ensure costeffective use of resources while delivering highquality marketing outputs.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance budget utilization and ROI to the CEO and senior management.

8. Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming marketing team ensuring that the team is aligned with business objectives and committed to excellence.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the marketing department to encourage innovation and new ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field. MBA or Masters degree in Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a senior or Clevel marketing role preferably in residential real estate or a related industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for largescale real estate projects.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Indepth understanding of digital marketing branding and market research.
    • Expertise in marketing analytics customer segmentation and lead generation.
    • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop innovative strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics CRM systems and digital advertising platforms.
