Position: SO HR Chennai Office
Role & Responsibilities:
o The candidate should be an HR Generalist with work experience on administering &
executing human resource programs including but not limited to compensation benefits
and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management.
o Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating for interviews scheduling & arranging
while being the point person for the Chennai office.
o Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
o Ability to manage other HR program roll outs as well as managing HR related activities for
MGS while working closely with the other members of the MGS HR Team.
o This position is reporting to the section head HR wherein this person will be involved in
select HR initiatives for MGS
o Ability to oversight manage other activities from an HR perspective for MGS as assigned.
o Keep uptodate with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Qualification: MBA/HR or relevant qualifications
Experience: 8 10Years years of Relevant experience
