As an Application Tech Support Practitioner you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the SAP HANA DB Administration system or application. You will be dedicated to quality using exceptional communication skills to keep our worldclass systems running. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent support to our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems. Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone email or chat. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technical issues. Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions. Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration. Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Cloud Platform. Strong understanding of database administration principles and best practices. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA databases. Knowledge of SAP HANA backup and recovery procedures. Familiarity with SAP HANA security concepts and implementation. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve databaserelated issues. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
