Define a retention communication calendar across all categories and sales channels focusing to increase recurring sales & personalization
Evaluate the effectiveness of current loyalty and rewards initiatives through data analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance program efficiency.
Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance the loyalty program and keep it competitive.
Serve as a custodian of CRM database Integrate compile analyze data and make recommendations on trends utilizing CRM software.
Develop automated reporting and manipulate complex datasets improving and automating the current data workflow along with external agencies
Effectively share insights and analysis with stakeholders to drive business decision. Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders as per business requirement.
Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key performance metrics; Analyze findings present recommendations and scale as necessary
Plan and execute Email SMS & Push Notification campaigns throughout the entire customer life cycle using marketing automation and in house tools.
Analyze marketing campaign performance including email metrics conversion and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI
Ensure keep up to date with developments including datadriven marketing social media mobile and new channels platforms methods and tactics
Proactively bringing new ideas to the table relating to business questions analytics approaches datasets and ways of working.
Desired Candidate profile :
o Proven experience as a Data Analyst preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
o Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. SQL Python R Excel).
o Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
o Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
o Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
o Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty program software is a plus.Full Time
