Job Description:
- Basic knowledge of scripting will be added advanctage
- Excellent communication analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Desktop support
- Its regular shift for now but candidate should be flexible with shifts as well
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic knowledge of HW asset management and experience in tool (preferably on servicenow)
- HW Lifecycle management experience
- DFS Desktop Field Services
- For Desktop Field Support team
1 Should have experience providing Desktop/laptop field support.
2 Knowledge on desktop/laptop hardware and Windows OS
3 Preferably knowledge on Linux/Unix flavors
- Communication skills
