Responsibilities:
- Support the Program Manager to ensure that multifunctional projects are properly integrated within the product/program.
- Optimize team performance across the program value chain both functionally and technically.
- Proactively manage crossfunctional interdependencies to maximize team efficiency and avoid delays in mid to longterm execution.
- Anticipate integration issues and take appropriate actions to keep the team on track.
- Connect planning and crossfunctional impacts related to product NPI Installed Base Obsolescence and EndofLife.
- Develop indepth knowledge of a technical discipline leveraging prior experience and technical expertise to execute policy and strategy.
- Utilize an indepth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work and understand how the teams work integrates with other teams.
- Exercise judgment to propose solutions outside of set parameters with guidance.
- Solve straightforward tasks using prior experience and onthejob training.
- Access technical skills and analytical thinking to solve problems potentially using multiple internal sources outside of your own team.
- Likely function as an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or as an earlystage people leader capable of hiring and developing talent.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Biomedical Engineering System Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- 4 years of engineering and/or service experience in a related field.
- Prior experience in defining service strategies and executing service validation.
- Background or experience in medical imaging technologies.
