DS Technologies Inc is looking for Field Service Engineer role for one of our premier clients.
Overview: The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing medical imaging equipment with a focus on MR and CT modalities. The role involves providing technical support and ensuring high customer satisfaction through independent and effective problemsolving.
Position:
Full Time Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment primarily Ultrasound devices
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations and system verifications
- Document service activities according to company standards
- Resolve problems and communicate professionally in highpressure environments
- Manage and maintain company assets and submit field service reports
- Communicate with account managers and provide technical support in various settings
Requirement Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in field service engineering specifically with imaging equipment
- Multivendor OEM experience (GE Siemens or Philips) preferred
- Ability to travel and work independently
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Experience with MR and CT modalities
