Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a fulltime self motivated reliable and organized team member that can provide extraordinary customer service with a smile. For general Clerical duties: answer phones process orders modifications and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm and have experience working with computers. We are a wellestablished fast paced service company seeking a customer service representative to join our operations team. If you are someone who is highly organized has a good memory a quick learner computer savvy and selfmotivated this job is for you.

Requirements

Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels (email and phone).
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing orders forms applications and requests.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Answer a High Volume of Calls.
