Job Description

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating systemlevel. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels. Roles & Responsibilities: Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Configure services running on various platforms. Implement technology at the operating systemlevel. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues. Collaborate with software solutions/vendors/brands. Assist in L1 and L2 troubleshooting. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint Administration Microsoft Exchange Online IT Infrastructure Operations. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations. Experience in Microsoft Sharepoint Administration. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online. Familiarity with IT infrastructure troubleshooting. Ability to configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services. Knowledge of server and network areas. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required
