Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Microsoft Dynamics Sales Developer you will be responsible for developing customizing and maintaining solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM). You will collaborate with sales teams business analysts and other developers to create tailored solutions that enhance customer relationship management sales automation and lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Development:
Design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to support lead management opportunity tracking sales automation and customer relationship management.
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Sales using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate Power Apps and Power BI.
Develop plugins custom workflows and business process flows to automate sales processes and improve user efficiency.
Create and configure custom entities forms views and dashboards tailored to the sales needs of the business.
Integration and Data Management:
Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales with other systems (ERP Marketing Customer Service) to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
Develop and implement APIs web services and data exchange solutions for syncing data between Dynamics 365 Sales and thirdparty systems.
Ensure data integrity and implement security protocols to safeguard customer and sales data.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with business analysts sales teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with solution architects to ensure that the Dynamics 365 Sales solution aligns with the overall enterprise architecture and business goals.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to endusers ensuring smooth adoption of the Dynamics 365 Sales platform.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Perform unit testing and participate in system integration testing to ensure functionality and stability of customizations and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing customizations and integrations ensuring smooth operation of Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
Ensure that solutions adhere to best practices in performance scalability and security.
Reporting and Analytics:
Design and implement reports and dashboards using Power BI or native Dynamics reporting tools to provide insights into sales performance pipeline and customer engagement.
Help sales teams analyze data and identify trends to improve sales strategies and decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field.
Experience:
o 4 years of experience developing and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM).
o Proven experience with customization configuration and development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
o Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate (Flow) Power Apps and Power BI.
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales modules including lead opportunity and account management.
o Experience with customization tools such as workflows plugins business process flows and custom entities.
o Proficiency in C# .NET JavaScript and SQL for developing custom solutions within Dynamics 365.
o Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs as well as integration tools such as Logic Apps or Azure Functions.
o Knowledge of Power Platform tools for extending Dynamics capabilities including Power Automate Power Apps and Power BI.
Sales Process Knowledge:
o Deep understanding of sales processes sales pipelines and customer relationship management best practices.
o Ability to translate business sales requirements into technical solutions that improve sales operations and workflows.
ProblemSolving and Analytical Skills:
o Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 Sales.
o Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and improving sales processes through automation and customization.
Communication and Teamwork:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and technical staff.
o Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate or other relevant certifications.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g. Git Azure DevOps).
