Microsoft Dynamics UIUX Developer

Job Summary:
As a Microsoft Dynamics UI/UX Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and optimizing user interfaces and experiences for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. You will work closely with business analysts developers and endusers to ensure that the solutions are not only functional but also visually appealing and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design and Development:
Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (e.g. Sales Customer Service Marketing etc.) ensuring a seamless user experience.
Develop and customize Dynamics 365 forms views dashboards and portals to meet business requirements and improve user interactions.
Use Power Apps to create lowcode or nocode applications that extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 while delivering a modern and responsive user interface.
Implement usercentric design principles to ensure that solutions are accessible easy to navigate and visually appealing across different devices and platforms.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with business analysts developers and stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into design solutions that meet business objectives.
Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure that the designs are technically feasible and align with the overall system architecture.
Present design ideas wireframes and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to improve the final solution.
FrontEnd Development:
Implement responsive web design techniques to ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications are optimized for different screen sizes and devices.
Develop custom frontend components using HTML CSS JavaScript and other web technologies that integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365.
Leverage Power Platform tools like Power Automate Power Apps and Power BI to enhance the functionality and visual appeal of the user interface.
Create and customize themes page layouts and navigation elements to deliver a consistent look and feel across the Dynamics 365 environment.
User Testing and Optimization:
Perform usability testing and gather feedback from endusers to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
Continuously monitor the performance of the user interface making adjustments to improve load times responsiveness and overall user satisfaction.
Implement accessibility best practices to ensure that the applications are compliant with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and are usable by a wide range of users.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Web Development Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience:
o 4 years of experience designing and developing user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications or other enterprise systems.
o Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or Axure for wireframing and prototyping.
o Proven experience with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and frontend frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js.
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization configuration and theming capabilities.
o Proficiency in frontend web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and responsive design principles.
o Experience with lowcode/nocode platforms like Power Apps to create custom user interfaces.
o Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design for mobile and desktop environments.
o Familiarity with integrating frontend components with APIs and backend systems including Dynamics 365 APIs.
UI/UX Design Skills:
o Excellent skills in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
o Ability to create wireframes prototypes and mockups based on user requirements and business objectives.
o Strong understanding of usercentered design principles usability and humancomputer interaction (HCI).
ProblemSolving and Creativity:
o Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to design solutions that improve usability while maintaining functionality.
o Creative thinker with a keen eye for design aesthetics color theory and typography.
Communication and Collaboration:
o Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts and articulate design rationale to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
o Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including developers analysts and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or other relevant certifications.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Portals or Power Pages for developing customerfacing web applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira Azure DevOps or Trello for managing design and development tasks.
