Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant with a strong background in S/4HANA and ECC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 56 years of overall experience including handson experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning and a proven track record in implementing SAP solutions. This role involves leading the implementation configuration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead and manage the endtoend implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions integrating with S/4HANA and ECC environments.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules to meet clientspecific requirements ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
- Develop detailed technical and functional specifications custom enhancements and interfaces for SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Consulting & Advisory:
- Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors Learning best practices methodologies and innovations.
- Analyze and optimize learning and development processes to align with client business objectives and industry standards.
- Offer solutions to complex challenges related to learning management course delivery and employee development within the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
- Project Management:
- Oversee project activities including system configuration development testing and deployment ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers functional consultants and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present project status reports manage risks and address issues effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support & Optimization:
- Provide postimplementation support for SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions including troubleshooting performance optimization and system enhancements.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure system stability and efficiency.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams to maximize the effective use of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including design documents configuration guides and user manuals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degrees or SAP certifications in SuccessFactors Learning S/4HANA or ECC are advantageous.
- Experience:
- 56 years of overall experience with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Handson experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC integrations including configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions.
- Skills:
- Indepth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules including course management learning plans and reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration custom enhancements and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. HR Talent Management).
- Strong analytical problemsolving and consulting skills with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Attributes:
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification or related S/4HANA/ECC certifications.
- Experience in leading or managing SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation projects.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in learning management and employee development.
