Job Title: SAP Concur Consultant

Role Overview: The SAP Concur Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Concur solutions ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP Concur implementations and possess relevant certifications. This role demands a combination of technical expertise and project management skills to deliver effective solutions and enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Concur Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP Concur solutions including travel and expense management. Ensure that the solution is tailored to meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Integration with S/4HANA: Manage the integration of SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as needed.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP Concur to align with business needs including customizing workflows expense types and reporting functionalities.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution. Ensure that projects are completed on time within scope and on budget.
• Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes. Conduct training sessions for endusers to ensure effective use of SAP Concur.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Concur issues. Address and resolve complex problems to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their objectives. Offer expert advice on best practices and system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6.5 to 9 years of experience in SAP Concur with substantial experience in implementing and configuring SAP Concur solutions. Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is essential.
• Certification: Relevant SAP Concur certification is mandatory. Certification in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Skills: Strong understanding of SAP Concur functionalities including travel and expense management. Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Concur solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in integrating SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of related SAP modules and technologies is beneficial.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex SAP projects and work with crossfunctional teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP Concur and S/4HANA are required.
