Job Title: SAP Ariba Consultant (Upstream & Downstream) S/4HANA ECC Implementation

Location: Pan India

Experience: 7 to 15 Years

Role Overview: The SAP Ariba Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation configuration and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions both upstream and downstream. This role also involves working with SAP S/4HANA and ECC to ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of these systems within our clients business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Ariba Implementation: Lead the endtoend implementation of SAP Ariba solutions including strategic sourcing procurement contract management and supplier management. Ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Upstream & Downstream Processes: Manage and optimize both upstream (strategic sourcing procurement) and downstream (procurement invoice management) processes within SAP Ariba. Customize solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Integration: Oversee the integration of SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA and ECC ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across systems. Address integration issues and implement solutions for efficient operations.
• Project Management: Manage project lifecycles from planning through execution ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP Ariba S/4HANA and ECC systems according to business requirements. Develop and implement solutions to enhance system functionality and performance.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Ariba S/4HANA and ECC systems. Resolve complex issues and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and user guides. Conduct training sessions for endusers to ensure effective use of SAP solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Provide expert advice on best practices and system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7 to 15 years of experience in SAP Ariba (upstream and downstream) with substantial experience in S/4HANA and ECC implementations.
• Skills: Deep understanding of SAP Ariba modules and integration with S/4HANA and ECC. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in SAP Ariba S/4HANA and ECC. Experience with SAP integration points and middleware technologies.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex SAP projects. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field. Relevant SAP certifications in Ariba S/4HANA or ECC are highly
