Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Siebel Technical Consultant with a strong background in Siebel Order Management.
Should have at least 10 years of handson experience in Siebel CRM implementation customization and support with more focus on Siebel Order Management.
Design develop and implement customizations configurations and enhancements in Siebel CRM to meet project requirements.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members of the team.
Conduct code reviews performance optimizations and troubleshooting of Siebel configurations workflows and integrations.
Develop and execute test cases perform system/integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents test plans release notes and deployment activities.
Support production deployments resolve post golive issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support for Siebel Order Management solutions.
Extensive knowledge and handson experience with Siebel Order Management modules.
Proficiency in Siebel Tools Siebel eScript Siebel Workflows Siebel Configuration and Siebel Integration technologies.
Strong understanding of Telecom industry processes especially related to order management provisioning and billing.
Ability to work in Agile Methodology.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion according to Sprint goals.

Leverage your extensive knowledge of Siebel Order Management to design and implement tailored solutions aligned with the Telecom projects requirements.
Integration:
Integrate Siebel with other enterprise systems using various integration techniques such as EAI Webservices and Middleware methodologies.
Customization and Configuration:
Customize and configure Siebel applications to meet specific business needs ensuring optimal performance and adherence to Siebel best practices.
Technical Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions facilitating knowledge transfer to the necessary teams.
Performance Optimization:
Proactively identify and implement performance optimization measures enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of Siebel applications.
Production Issues Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve Production Defects.
