Job Description

Description/Comment:
Responsible for uploading and managing assets with standard Taxonomy (correct metadata tagging) and correct Digital rights management in Digital Asset Management system making it available for reuse.

Subject matter expert in key concepts process flows and defined scope of librarian tasks.

Suggest workarounds and highlight anomalies when faced with technical challenges in the tool

Work effectively with team members and requestors understand the requirements and provide appropriate solutions

Assist users in concerns around the upload process.
Additional Job Details:
Graduate required. Minimum 1 year of experience in upload and download of digital assets content management ensuring quality of content and meeting the minimum requirements of content standards as set by the client Basic knowledge of Pharma industry and marketing operations Experience in working on DAM platform (Digital Asset Management) MSOffice Able to effectively use MS Excel MS Outlook MS PowerPoint Has excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience participating in a collaborative team environment Highly organized detail oriented and results focused Demonstrate ability to think strategically
