Job Description
SLCM Job description:
- Any implementation in Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM) module would be an advantage.
- Should have support /roll out experience in SLcM.
- Ability to handle module functionality and best practice processes with the SLcM solutions.
- Assist customers to improve business processes and document changes required to SAP SLcM configuration settings to implement redesigned business processes.
- Ability to develop tobe design documentation for SLcM process designs.
- planning academic offerings managing and administering students and higher studies of students.
- Should have Knowledge in Admissions and enrollment processing Course and class registration Class and exam scheduling Tuition /Fees calculation and Student billing grading Degree audit maintenance of student file student financials graduation and degree conferment academic progress of students student data distribution via Process Integration Knowledge of Student alumini management.
- Integration knowledge of SLCM with FICO FICA (Finance and contract accounting) Refx (Real estate Mgt) HCM (Human capital mgt).
- Knowledge of SLCM with Fiori module would be good.
- Knowledge with Interfaces with third party tools with SLCM would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of RICEF /custom objects like reports validations enhancements etc would be required.
- Should be able to conduct sessions with SLCM topics with customers need to be at site as per project requirement.
- Should be able to manage any Change requires / arrest bug fixes and should maintain the SLA in providing solutions on the ticket logged by customers.
- Should have good communication with customer and should have friendly coordination with internal team/ stakeholders.
- Should be able to mentor/ train the SLCM team under you as per the project need.
- Willingness to travel to customer site as per project basis.
- Should have willingness to grow professionally and upskill the areas of learning with Zeal to learn attitude.
