Job Opening: Mainframe Lead Developer
- Role: Mainframe Lead Developer (FullTime )
- Experience: 10 Years
- Location: Hyderabad
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Lead Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe technologies leadership experience and the ability to guide a team through complex projects. This is a fulltime onsite role and we are looking for candidates who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of mainframe applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and implement mainframe solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in mainframe environments.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and quality control processes.
- Participate in project planning estimation and resource allocation.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in mainframe development with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in COBOL JCL CICS DB2 VSAM and other mainframe technologies.
- Strong understanding of mainframe architecture performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience in system integration migration and modernization projects.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Ability to manage and mentor a team with experience in project leadership and decisionmaking.
