Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce FSL Specialist you will be responsible for designing configuring and implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions that enhance field operations improve service delivery and provide better customer experiences. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize the use of Salesforce to manage service requests schedules and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Field Service Lightning Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning to meet business requirements including managing work orders scheduling dispatching and mobile application setup.

  • Solution Design and Architecture: Work with business stakeholders to design endtoend solutions for field service management using FSL. Provide guidance on best practices for field service operations optimizing workflows and user interface design.

  • Integration & Automation: Develop and implement integrations with other systems (ERP CRM IoT devices etc.) to ensure seamless data flow across the organization. Automate service scheduling dispatching and field resource management using Process Builder Flows and Apex.

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support including troubleshooting and resolving issues with the Salesforce Field Service Lightning platform mobile apps and integrations.

  • User Training & Documentation: Train endusers and provide documentation on FSL features best practices and processes. Ensure that the team is fully equipped to use the system effectively.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and user adoption suggesting improvements to enhance the efficiency of field operations. Work with stakeholders to improve field service KPIs (FirstTime Fix Rate Mean Time to Repair etc.).

  • Stay Current on Salesforce Developments: Keep uptodate with the latest Salesforce Field Service Lightning features releases and updates. Proactively suggest new features and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) including atleast 6 years of handson experience in configuration customization and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud including work orders service territories scheduling and dispatching.
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration tools such as Process Builder Flows Apex and Lightning App Builder.
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with thirdparty applications and systems.
  • Solid understanding of mobile solutions and mobile user interfaces in the context of field service operations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing service management processes including dispatching routing and work order management.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a customercentric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Service Cloud Sales Cloud or other related Salesforce products.
  • Familiarity with IoT integrations and automation tools within Salesforce.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
