You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce FSL Specialist you will be responsible for designing configuring and implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions that enhance field operations improve service delivery and provide better customer experiences. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize the use of Salesforce to manage service requests schedules and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Field Service Lightning Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning to meet business requirements including managing work orders scheduling dispatching and mobile application setup.
Solution Design and Architecture: Work with business stakeholders to design endtoend solutions for field service management using FSL. Provide guidance on best practices for field service operations optimizing workflows and user interface design.
Integration & Automation: Develop and implement integrations with other systems (ERP CRM IoT devices etc.) to ensure seamless data flow across the organization. Automate service scheduling dispatching and field resource management using Process Builder Flows and Apex.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support including troubleshooting and resolving issues with the Salesforce Field Service Lightning platform mobile apps and integrations.
User Training & Documentation: Train endusers and provide documentation on FSL features best practices and processes. Ensure that the team is fully equipped to use the system effectively.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and user adoption suggesting improvements to enhance the efficiency of field operations. Work with stakeholders to improve field service KPIs (FirstTime Fix Rate Mean Time to Repair etc.).
Stay Current on Salesforce Developments: Keep uptodate with the latest Salesforce Field Service Lightning features releases and updates. Proactively suggest new features and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the business.
