Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership:
- Lead UX design initiatives including strategy development user journey mapping information architecture and prototyping.
- Mentor and guide the design team fostering growth and collaboration.
- UserCentric Research:
- Conduct research to identify opportunities to enhance user experience and business value.
- Develop user personas profiles and conduct design workshops to inform project strategies.
- Project Management:
- Oversee project progress ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to maintain design quality and feasibility.
- Testing and Insights:
- Conduct usability testing and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Promote design thinking methodologies and best practices across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX or product design roles.
- Strong expertise in communication user research and storytelling.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite and rapid prototyping software.
- Handson experience in agile methodologies and crossfunctional collaboration.
- A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and successful projects.
