- Technical
- 1Good knowledge on Cisco Voice Gateways CUBE SBC
- 2Good knowledge on Cisco Unified Communication Manager 9X 10X 11X Cisco Unity Connection
- 3Good in troubleshooting of issues related to products like Cisco Unified Call Manager Cisco Unity connection Voice Gateway SIP H323 CUBE and Fax and IP phones
- 4Good in troubleshooting in troubleshooting Voice protocols like SIP H323 MGCP RTP SRST
- 5Knowledge on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN analog signaling and SIP
- 6Hands on experience on integration of 3rd party application with Cisco Voice environment
- 7Knowledge of Voice Video Recording Servers like Verba AQM and other 3rd party recording systems
- 8Good Communication skills
- 9Basic knowledge of Cisco UCCX
- 10Good knowledge on Cisco Jabber
- 11Knowledge on Genesys Pure Connect platform will have an extra advantage
- 12Knowledge or hands on exp on Cloud Contact Centers like Genesys etc
- Functional
- 1Functioning as L1L2 unified communication engineer
- 2Perform vendor interaction with internal and external support organizations when required
- 3Should communicate effectively and flexible in 24X5 support
- 4Should be able to handle issues alone
- Certification
- 1Any Cisco Collaboration Certification not mandatory
