Job Profile: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Mohali
Job Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 5.5 days
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts 9.5hour shift
Salary: Rs. 30K Rs. 32K 2K PLI (Post training)
Job Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service through emails or chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria: Fresher or experienced with minimum 6 months experience 12th or graduate
