Strategic Brand Management:
o Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with overall business objectives.
o Lead the brands positioning across various verticals ensuring consistent messaging and brand integrity.
o Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer insights to refine branding strategies.
2. BTL Management:
o Oversee the BTL Head responsible for PanIndia BTL activities including events activations plant sampling and shade card production.
o Ensure that all BTL activities are aligned with the brands objectives and contribute to driving sales and brand visibility.
o Develop innovative BTL campaigns that resonate with target audiences particularly in the Fabricators Convertors Architects and Dealers segments.
3. Trade Marketing:
o Lead the Trade Marketing function focusing on loyalty and reward programs and management of schemes and offers for key stakeholders such as
Fabricators Convertors Architects and Dealers.
o Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to create impactful trade promotions that drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
o Manage relationships with agencies and partners involved in trade marketing initiatives ensuring effective execution and ROI.
4. Activations & Alliances:
o Identify and forge strategic alliances that enhance brand equity and market reach.
o Plan and execute brand activations that create memorable experiences and strengthen brand engagement.
o Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of activation strategies with overall marketing goals.
5. Team Leadership & Development:
o Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence.
o Set clear objectives provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
o Encourage professional growth within the team by identifying training needs and opportunities for development.
6. Budget Management:
o Prepare and manage budgets for BTL trade marketing activations and alliances.
o Monitor expenditures ensuring optimal utilization of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
o Report on budget performance providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
7. Reporting & Analysis:
o Regularly review the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through detailed analysis and reporting.
o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data driven evaluations of brand performance.
o Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all marketing activities to the Head of Marketing.
