You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Brand Management Pharmaceutical Professional you will be responsible for aligning customer segments and leverage service to deliver an exceptional customer experience plan. You will also manage the resource allocation within the brands based on customer insight and leading execution across the brand teams.

These responsibilities include the following:
Managing range of products for Vaccine portfolio.
Ideation and geo specific customization of brand plans for big brands of the industry
Brand Planning Develop and implement annual strategic and operational brand plans through crossfunctional collaboration aligned with customer and market insights. Identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage
Responsible for translating insights for future marketing strategies
Flawlessly execute Global Integrated Campaigns and update to address the customer.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Identify challenges and opportunities for key promoted brands. Identify strategic levers to deliver on those brands.
Targeted Communication: Design marketing inputs visual aids or campaigns as per need of developing markets. Customizing core brand strategy or add appropriate elements to suit market needs.
Engage with Medical and key customer groups to ensure deep customer insight and respond to customer needs.
Understand business analytics and respond accordingly to ensure customer engagement delivery of market share growth and increase touchpoints.
Advise regional teams regarding customers competition and market.
FIELD ENGAGEMENT: Liaise very closely with sales team to receive market and customer feedback and drive campaigns. Ensure full understanding of the rationale and insights that underpin campaigns messages and marketing actions and how field input was used in material development.
DIGITAL MARKETING: Adopting digital approach right from identifying onboarding & delivering digital initiatives/ communication/ engagement for the customers. Track digital KPIs for portfolio brands.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree
4 years experience in marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
Master s in Business Management Administration
Service/Customer oriented
Experience in multichannel marketing
Knowledge of marketing ways of working and code of promotion
Excellence in execution of prioritization communication stakeholder management and problem solving
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
