Position Name Polarion Developer

Location Remote
ALM tools : Extensive handson experience on Polarion ALM platform as developer and configurator
Good understanding of SDLC Processes and all the ALM phases.
Executing projects with EndToEnd Software Development Lifecycle using an Agile or Waterfall Methodology including Software Source Control Defect Tracking Testing Requirements Management.
Extensive handson experience on developing Polarion customizations such as workflow automations trigger scripts custom LiveReports development macros development etc.
Extensive handson experience on Core Java and REST APIs based integrations development.
Good understanding of any of the major ALM tools such as Siemens Polarion as an End User Power User (configurator) and Customizations development.
Basic understanding of OSLC APIs & OSLC based integrations
Applying SDK/APIs understanding to developing integrations and plugins around ALM tools.
Technical ownership of ALM endtoend solution.
Building and implementing solutions with ALM tools with latest Industry trends and best practices
Interact closely with business users and extract the business requirements based on their pain areas and convert it into Data Model.
Leading and conducting trainings.
Conduct UATs and CRPs (intermediate demos to customer)
